What types of media can Legacybox® digitize?

How do I ship my original media to you?

Once you order, we send you a reinforced, crush-proof Legacybox kit with pre-paid shipping labels and tracking barcodes for every item.

Will I get my original tapes and photos back?

Yes, all your original analog media will be returned to you safely along with your new digital copies.

How long does the digitization process take?

The standard processing time is 10-12 weeks from the moment we receive your kit at our processing facility.

In what format will I receive my digital files?

You can choose to receive your memories via Thumb Drive, Digital Download (Cloud), or DVD sets.

Is my media safe during the process?

We use a world-class tracking system that provides real-time updates at every stage of the digitization process.
